You will have no right to judicial review beyond what is described under the relevant dispute resolution method chosen by us or you. Any claim arising hereunder which relates solely to commercial interests cannot be arbitrated.
WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL
You hereby agree that there shall be no jury trial in any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, whether such actions are based upon contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal theory for a determination concerning damages. Any dispute between you and Slotoroller Casino regarding the rights under this Agreement is governed by this waiver.
GOVERNING LANGUAGE
These terms and conditions may be translated into another language but in case of an inconsistency with their original form the English text governs.
DEFINITIVE PROVISION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document contains all agreements entered into by Slotoroller Casino relating to your use of its Services.
